Blair Sirup, M. Ed.

Blair has completed his Masters in Educational Psychology at the University of Regina in 1999. He is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologist with Authorized Practise Endorsement (APE). Blair is also a member of the Canadian Psychological Association.

 

Blair has worked clinically for over 30 years both in the private and public sector. In private practise he primarily works with adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues and occupational difficulties. He is also interested in prevented work for stress related trauma such as Occupational stress injury (OSI) and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Blair is aware of the growing body of research in the area of Self-Compassion and Mindfulness and also utilizes these evidence based skills in his practise.

 

Blair has been an accredited tutor for The Association of Psychological Therapies, a leading mental health training organization based in the United Kingdom, which provides training for mental health professionals.

 

Blair offers counselling to adults, age 20 and over. He provides individual, couples and family counselling.  Individuals may seek counselling for assistance in one of these areas:
