How to Refer To Prairie Psychology Services

We are currently accepting new referrals for psychological assessment and treatment services.

We accept referrals directly from individuals requiring assitance as well as from the following:

  • Family Physicians
  • Psychiatrists
  • Insurance Companies (e.g., SGI, WCB)
  • Rehabilitation Clinics/ Companies
  • Employee and Family Assistance Programs

Referrals can be made to a specific clinician or to the general practice.  Please talk with our Front Office staff if you would like to discuss which clinician might be the best match for you or the individual you are referring.

Referrals are accepted by telephone at 306-584-3876 or by fax at 306-584-3439.
