Registered Doctoral Psychologist #1106 - Offers Virtual Services to Children and Adolescents

Christina completed her doctorate specializing in School and Applied Child Psychology in 2021 through the University of Calgary. Christina is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists with Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE), which allows her to diagnose psychological disorders. She is also a registered psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (#7505).

 

Christina offers virtual (online) counselling services to children and adolescents, from 5 to 25 years of age. Christina provides counselling services using a client-centered approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. Christina also provides parenting support with a focus on behavioural strategies.

 

Christina comes from a strengths-based perspective and works with families to explore the strengths their children have across areas of functioning and identify resources/supports to promote growth in areas of difficulty.
