Dr. Christina Gray, Ph.D.

Registered Doctoral Psychologist #1106 - Offers Virtual Services to Children and Adolescents, starting November 2024

Christina completed her doctorate specializing in School and Applied Child Psychology in 2021 through the University of Calgary. Christina is registered with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists with Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE), which allows her to diagnose psychological disorders. She is also a registered psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (#7505).

 

Christina offers virtual (online) therapy and counselling services to children and adolescents, from 5 to 25 years of age. Counselling and therapy services provided include the areas of CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, utilizing a client-centered approach. Christina also provides parenting support with a focus on behavioural strategies. Christina will be returning from her maternity leave and offering tele-therapy services November 2024.

 

Christina specializes in psychological assessments for children and adolescents including cognitive abilities, learning disabilities, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, as well as presenting mental health challenges, including anxiety. She is trained in tele-assessment and will be offering virtual assessment services in February 2025.

 

Christina comes from a strengths-based perspective and works with families to explore the strengths their children have across areas of functioning and identify resources/supports to promote growth in areas of difficulty.
